Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at havanacastlecigars.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders will not be shipped out on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed You will be contacted via email or phone if your order extends the 24-48 hour lead time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

In regards to receipt of product at destination and as a part of our “Card Not Present” or CNP policy, you will be asked to provide proof or age of majority to receive product from the delivery agent and proof that the credit card matches the name on the order to the delivery agent. If not, the order will be sent first to the courier’s closest warehouse to be held for 3 days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse.

havanacastlecigars.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

havanacastlecigars.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cigar sales are restricted to Ontario, and age verification is required upon delivery; failure to provide valid ID may result in order cancellation and return-to-sender by the courier. If a package is returned due to failure to provide Proof of Age, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Return Policy

All cigar purchases are final due to the consumable nature of the product. Returns are only accepted if the cigars arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect. Proof of issue may be required. For any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
